This summary explains the information needed for the service and how it is used.
U.S. retailer purchases
When you register an Amazon, Walmart, or other retailer purchase, we retain the retailer, optional order number, carrier tracking, description, quantity, declared value, and any uploaded receipt or invoice. These documents are private and available only to the customer concerned and authorized staff.
How it is used
Information is used to manage requests, communicate milestones, confirm payments, organize transport, hand over packages, prevent abuse, and maintain an operational record.
Communications
Email may be used for transactional updates. SMS and WhatsApp require separate consent and can be disabled in preferences or through supported stop words.
Public tracking
Public tracking does not show names, phones, contents, prices, payments, or internal notes. Anyone with the tracking number can see public milestones, so keep that number private.
Automated assistant
In this demonstration, assistant answers are simulated locally. Messages are not sent to OpenAI or retained in the review queue.
Access and correction
You can correct your name, phone, and language in your account. Ask Str8 From America staff for other correction or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained for operations, security, or legal requirements.
