Core rules for using Str8 From America’s request and tracking platform.
Description and eligibility
The customer must provide accurate information and declare the contents. Str8 From America may refuse prohibited, dangerous, illegal, poorly packed, or otherwise ineligible items under ocean-carrier or customs rules.
U.S. retailer orders
Str8 From America receives and forwards purchases; it is neither the seller nor the purchaser. The customer remains responsible for ordering, payment, authenticity, returns, declared value, and customs obligations. Do not ship anything until private receiving instructions are provided, and use the SFA-US reference on every package.
Quantities and price
Customer-entered values are estimates. Office-confirmed quantities and dimensions determine the price suggestion; the final price is the amount approved by staff.
Payments and receipts
Payments are made offline using instructions confirmed by Str8 From America. A digital status or receipt reflects only what staff recorded and should be reported promptly if incorrect.
Account and tracking
You are responsible for protecting your account and tracking number. Do not use the service to access another person’s data, disrupt the platform, or submit false information.
